Bombs Go Off at Boston Marathon

I’ve been watching coverage of the Boston marathon bombing on CNN. It’s sad news. Unfortunately, two people have lost their lives. Hopefully there won’t be any more loss of life. God bless them, and hopefully the ones who are still alive will recover.

Angry Blob (Updated)

"Angry Blob" This is something I drew last year. It's basically a mutant character in a post-apocalyptic scene. I've been thinking about blogging this drawing. I ended up deciding to blog it today. I draw characters like these sometimes. I draw weird creatures, I think because I don't have anything in particular to draw. Update: I might go back and digitally color the original drawing of this, or maybe ink it and color it with colored pencils. I originally drew this on printer paper, so the latter is something I could do for that reason. I could do either.

Untitled Scratch Paper Artwork

 This is another one of my scratch paper artworks. I did it on what's called a scratch note. I tend to do patterns on these scratch notes. Sometimes I will do words or an image. Some of my scratch notes have multicolored backgrounds, some have silver, and some have gold.

Twix

This is my drawing for day 25 of Terri's "30 DAY DRAWING/ART CHALLENGE." You're supposed to draw "your favourite sweet food/candy/etc (Terri)." I have a few favorites, actually, and this is one of them. This specifically is a drawing of a fun size Twix from a Christmas variety bag. The scallop in the right circle behind the Twix is because one of the circles on the wrapper is like that. At least it looks like a circle with a scallop on the wrapper.
