This is another Doctor Who character I sketched. It's been said that Captain Jack Harness may at some point become the Face of Boe. I thought this was a good exercise in texture. The Face of Boe has a very textured face. I'm not sure if you'd call it scaly or rocky looking, or what. I used cross hatching for some of the less darker areas on his face. I decided with these sketches that I want to do cross hatching for some more or less dark areas. I want to leave other dark areas for possible digital coloring. I might decide to do that at some point with these Doctor Who sketches.
My sister made some decorations for my birthday using a machine that makes cutouts of silhouettes. One of the things she made was of The Punisher symbol. It already looked cool, but I photoshopped it, and I think this looks cool too. I like how the skull has a metallic look to it. My sister made the cutout of The Punisher skull with a foil-like paper, which has adhesive on the back. She put that on a black paper circle. The paper is more or less like you'd use for a scrapbook. It's one of my favorite decorations she made. Below is a picture of the decoration.
This is my drawing for day 25 of Terri's "30 DAY DRAWING/ART CHALLENGE." You're supposed to draw "your favourite sweet food/candy/etc (Terri)." I have a few favorites, actually, and this is one of them. This specifically is a drawing of a fun size Twix from a Christmas variety bag. The scallop in the right circle behind the Twix is because one of the circles on the wrapper is like that. At least it looks like a circle with a scallop on the wrapper. I'm thinking of doing more with it later.

Happy Earth Day! It's great that the Earth became livable eons ago and that we came into existence on it. Different people have different ideas of how we came into existence on it, but I think the important thing is that we live on a beautiful planet that has pretty much everything a human being could want or need. Earth is awesome!
