Christmas Awesomeness

 



These, in the pictures above, are two of the gifts I got for Christmas. I think they're awesome! The first one at the very top is a book my sister made on Shutterfly with art and comic strips from my comic strip series titled The Drawing Board. The Second one below that is a 2016 calendar my sister also made on Shutterfly with a variety of my art in it. I can't say enough how much I appreciate my sister making these gifts for me. I've already put up the calendar even though the new year isn't here yet. I have a really awesome sister! I hope everyone has been having happy holidays and will have a happy new year.

This is my drawing for day 25 of Terri's "30 DAY DRAWING/ART CHALLENGE." You're supposed to draw "your favourite sweet food/candy/etc (Terri)." I have a few favorites, actually, and this is one of them. This specifically is a drawing of a fun size Twix from a Christmas variety bag. The scallop in the right circle behind the Twix is because one of the circles on the wrapper is like that. At least it looks like a circle with a scallop on the wrapper. Art Projects

I've been thinking about ideas for art projects. I'm planning on getting The Drawing Board #13 done and posted on here within this week, or maybe Sunday of next week. I've been wanting to do an artwork as a tribute to our armed forces. I'm also thinking of doing a comic strip about Eliza Dushku. That last idea is inspired by the comics on NataliePortman.com. I'll be posting those artworks as soon as they're completed.
