"Goo"

Here's a cartoon I drew of a grumpy looking baby. I drew it on paper and used a dual tip Sharpie to ink it. I placed the face towards the bottom of the head. I did that because I seem to remember Christopher Hart saying to do that for cartoon kid characters. I gave him a couple of strands of hair at the top of his head. Christopher Hart also says that it looks better on cartoon characters when you place the ears lower on the head than they would be on a real person. I think he says to place them below eye level if I remember right. I recommend checking out his books. He does books on how to draw comics, cartoons, manga, etc.
