Happy New Year, 2014!

It's a new year! I drew this recently from the sketchbook I got for Christmas. I've been meditating for awhile now. There are a lot of benefits from meditation. With meditation, you can be more at peace with yourself. I've been reading Meditation For Dummies, by Stephan Bodian. It's a very interesting and informative book. It's easy to understand, which I guess is why they call it Meditation For Dummies. I very much recommend this book, and meditation itself. Meditation is a great way to help you feel great.
