I drew this earlier this week using Bobby Chiu's arrow method. I was going to post a link to the video for it but I'm having trouble finding the video. I may put in a later blog post. Basically though, he shows to draw the eyes, nose, and mouth using arrows. I drew this picture in a 2.56 x 3.87 in The Dark Knight Rises sketchbook. It had newsprint type of paper in it. The sketchbook came with a larger sketchbook, pencils, an eraser, and a small manual pencil sharpener. The larger sketchbook also had newsprint paper in it. I recommend checking out Bobby Chiu's YouTube page here, and his Twitter page here.
My sister made some decorations for my birthday using a machine that makes cutouts of silhouettes. One of the things she made was of The Punisher symbol. It already looked cool, but I photoshopped it, and I think this looks cool too. I like how the skull has a metallic look to it. My sister made the cutout of The Punisher skull with a foil-like paper, which has adhesive on the back. She put that on a black paper circle. The paper is more or less like you'd use for a scrapbook. It's one of my favorite decorations she made. Below is a picture of the decoration.
This is my drawing for day 25 of Terri's "30 DAY DRAWING/ART CHALLENGE." You're supposed to draw "your favourite sweet food/candy/etc (Terri)." I have a few favorites, actually, and this is one of them. This specifically is a drawing of a fun size Twix from a Christmas variety bag. The scallop in the right circle behind the Twix is because one of the circles on the wrapper is like that. At least it looks like a circle with a scallop on the wrapper. I'm thinking of doing more with it later.

Happy Earth Day! It's great that the Earth became livable eons ago and that we came into existence on it. Different people have different ideas of how we came into existence on it, but I think the important thing is that we live on a beautiful planet that has pretty much everything a human being could want or need. Earth is awesome!
