I've been reading the book, Joy of Zentangle. I did my first Zentangle last night, and here it is above. Zentangle is basically mindfulness drawing. I recommend checking out the book. With the book, you'll draw "your way to increased creativity, focus, and well-being (McNeill, cover)."
