This is a sketch I did a few nights ago of Lindsey Kurowski, from Magnolia Network's INN THE WORKS. She owns two hotels, Oak Knoll Lodge and I think the other one is named The Spring.

 Here's a quote about drawing that I found some time ago: "Drawing is the root of everything, and the time spent on that is actually all profit." - Vincent Van Gogh I need to spend more time drawing. I started out drawing every day at the beginning of this year. There really is profit in drawing.

  Here's a picture I drew with my Tombow markers that I got for Christmas. I've been drawing pretty often since the beginning of the year. Often with the Tombow markers. They're double tipped. One end does thick lines, and the other does fine lines. They're good markers.

  I did another drawing on scratch paper. It's a simple one. The scratch paper kit I have has different backgrounds covered up by the black stuff. One's transparent rainbow colored. I think another is opaque rainbow colored. This is silver. 

 I don't know if I would want to use a portable scanner on scratch paper. I didn't use it for this one. I got a Scratch Kit for Christmas and this is the second drawing I've done with it. I did the first one with stencils that came in the scratch paper kit. I've been drawing everyday since the beginning of 2022, except maybe one day. I'm not sure about that one. I've also been using some markers I got for Christmas. 2022 has been good for the most part. We've lost one star already, Sidney Poitier. But other than that, 2022 seems to be going pretty well. Hopefully it will be a great year.

  Here's a Frosty the Snowman drawing I did recently. I drew it in pencil, inked it, and tonight I colored it with Crayola markers and gel pens.
