Olivia Munn

Image
Here's a picture I drew of Olivia Munn, co-host of G4's Attack of the Show . She's got a site at OliviaMunn.com. She's also on Twitter. Her site is pretty cool. It's funny, sometimes serious, and informative. She talks about not only what's going on in her career, but also what's going on in the news. She's got a role in the upcoming comicbook movie sequel Iron Man 2 .

Ghostbusters!

This is one of what I call sketchback drawings. As I mentioned in my March 10, 2009 post, sketchback drawings are drawings I do on the backs of sketchbook covers. They can be on the back of the front cover or either side of the back cover. I did a drawing of the first Ghostbusters logo before, which you can see here . I decided to do another one for Ghostbusters II . I've always been a fan of Ghostbusters and I'm really excited about the videogame and the third movie coming soon. I've been reading on the Ghostbusters wikia and in the videogame there's an Ecto-1B, which is basically the Ecto-1 upgraded again and renamed. The decals from the Ecto-1A upgrade are still on there, except they switched the GB2 logo back to the GB1 logo. And there are new gadgets on the roof, most notably a big barrel shaped thing in back. Slimer is back. All the original cast are back voicing their characters, except for Sigourney Weaver, Rick Moranis, and I'm not sure if Annie P

This is something I drew from an issue of Time magazine. It was on the pop chart on page 16 in the May 25, 2009 issue and under it it said that scientists have unveiled a chocolate fueled race car. I hope all the dad's out there had a great Father's Day yesterday. My dad enjoyed it. My mom and sister and I gave Dad his greeting cards and presents. Then we all had a steak and potato dinner. For desert we had icecream. I have an awesome dad! My whole family is awesome! It's great that we have holidays to celebrate parenthood. Parents are our guides in life and they're a great inspiration.

Coffee

Last year during winter I developed a taste for coffee at work. I drank it alot. I like it with quite a bit of cream and sugar. One of the benefits of my last job was that I got free coffee from the pay coffee machine up front. It was handy because I didn't, and in fact have yet to, learn how to make coffee. And sometimes the coffee pots in the break room would be empty. I realized that some coffee tastes different than others. They usually got Folgers or Maxwell House in the break room and I liked those better than the coffe in the pay coffee machine. But it was good to have the pay coffee for free when there wasn't any in the break room. Since I left that job I've had two cups of coffee. It was the kind from Folgers that comes in bags, like tea bags. I like the kind that you have to make in a coffee maker. If I ever think about it I'll have some from my dad's small coffee maker. I might also try some coffee from McDonald's to see what theirs is li

Joe Quesada

This is a drawing of Marvel Comics Editor-in-Chief Joe Quesada. He's also an artist. His first widely distributed work was in Valiant Comics. He went on to establish his own comicbook publishing company called Event Comics, where he debuted his creation Ash , a firefighter with superpowers. Through his company he was contracted to do comics for Marvel Comics in a new line called Marvel Knights. In 2000 he became Editor-in-Chief of Marvel Comics.
